    Choose a strong, unique password you have not used on other sites.

    Verify your email address

    Click the confirmation link sent to your inbox. Check spam if it does not arrive within a few minutes.

    Complete identity verification (KYC)

    Upload a valid government ID and proof of address. See the Verification page for details.

    Enable 2FA with an authenticator app for the strongest account protection.

Bitpanda requires KYC verification before you can deposit, trade or withdraw. Upload your documents through the verification flow — our Verification page explains each step. Then enable two-factor authentication to protect your new account from day one.

Choosing a strong password

Use a long passphrase or a password manager. Keep it unique to Bitpanda and never reuse a password from another service. You will enter this password every time you complete the Bitpanda login unless you enable biometric sign-in in the mobile app.

Verify your email promptly

The confirmation link expires after a set period. If it expires, request a new one from the registration page.
