Reset only on the official site
Reset your password — step by step
- 1
Select 'Forgot password?'
Find the recovery link on the official login page at account.bitpanda.com/login. - 2
Enter your registered email
Type the email address linked to your Bitpanda account. - 3
Check your inbox for the reset link
Click the link in the email Bitpanda sends. Check spam if it does not arrive within a few minutes. - 4
Create a new password
Choose a strong password you have not used before, then confirm it. - 5
Sign in with new credentials
Return to the Bitpanda login and sign in. Confirm 2FA when prompted.
Lost access to 2FA?
If you cannot generate a 2FA code after resetting your password, you may need to submit a 2FA reset request through Bitpanda support. See the Security page for the full recovery process and what identity documents you may need.
Unlocking a locked account
After several failed attempts, sign-in is paused to protect your assets. Completing a password reset usually clears the lock. If you still cannot get in, contact Bitpanda support so they can verify your identity and restore access.
Not getting the reset email?
Reset links arrive by email. If one does not show up, check spam and promotions folders, confirm you entered the correct registered email, and wait a few minutes before trying again.
